ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to return the petitioner's seized mobile phones, viz., Micromax and Samsung S-series.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking return of the seized mobile phones, viz., Micromax and Samsung S-series and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
