C.M.P.No.27336 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 134 days in paying deficit Court of Rs.3,130/- in the above C.M.A.SR.No.100924 of 2019.

2.C.M.P.No.27341 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 121 days in representing the above C.M.A.SR.No.100924 of 2019.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no delay in filing the appeal.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 134 and 121 days are condoned and both the petitions are ordered.
