ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.12.2019 preferred by the petitioner and to permit adequate protection in the Christmas 1/4

Prayer held on 25.12.2019 at No.36, Pappe Gounder Street, K.G.Garden, Othakalmandapam, Coimbatore.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo requesting the Court to delete the word "meeting" in the prayer made in this petition. The said memo is recorded. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the prayer column.

4. The second respondent is directed to enquire the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2019 by giving an opportunity to the petitioner and rival group if any and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 24.12.2019 and inform the petitioner about the same.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
