The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that there was some error in the name of the accused as found in the complaint filed through CCTNS portal. Therefore, the defacto complainant on verification sought for correction of the accused name, also the investigation is taken up and seeks four months time to complete the investigation.
