The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw IDOP.No.36 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Erode and transfer the same to the Family Court, Salem.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the Transfer Petition being allowed. He would request that the presence of the respondent before the Family Court may be dispensed with.

3. Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed as prayed for. The presence of the respondent before the Family Court, Salem, is dispensed with. The learned Family Judge, Salem is directed to dispose of the IDOP within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
