The petitioner seeks police protection for conducting temple festival.
2. The leaned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that since there were two groups, Peace Committee Meeting convened on 11.01.2023 and certain guidelines have been issued to the parties and the same was also agreed by both the parties for conducting the festival. The police is ready to provide necessary protection for the festival, if the parties follow the guidelines laid as per the Peace Committee Meeting dated 11.01.2023.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner agreed for the said condition.
4. Recording the same, this petition seeking Police Protection is disposed of. No costs.
