'Mr.A.R.Sakthivel, learned Senior Panel Counsel, who accepts notice for the respondent submits that the Patent office has restored the application of the petitioner to its file.

2.However, as the status of the application still reflects as 'abandoned', let the needful be done. 3.List on 21.02.2025. Status report be filed by then.'
