These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 392 days to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent in the Second appeal; to bring on record the respondents 2 and 3 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent.

2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the application.

3. The Learned Counsel for the respondents have no objection in allowing these applications. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
