This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.28140 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties (one of the surety shall be either the father or the mother of the petitioner) for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate, failing which, the petitioner for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the parents of the petitioner are no more and he is unable to execute the surety.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28140 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties (one of the surety shall be blood related surety) for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate, failing which, the petitioner for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
