ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition was filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Para 7 (a) in Crl.O.P.No.28139 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024.

2. Heard Mr. B. Kannadasan, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The condition is modified, and the petitioner/A8 is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties. The bracketed portion, namely that "one of the surety shall be either the father or the mother of the petitioner," is deleted. All other conditions remain unaltered.
