The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to amend the name of the petitioner as Rajangam @ Dhivash Father instead Rajangam in Crl.O.P.No.28139 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024.

2. Heard Mr.B.Kannadasan, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.Dr.C.E.Pratap, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent, on verification, submits that the fifth petitioner is also known as Dhivash Father, who is named in the FIR.
