ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the report submitted by the third respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.10/2023/A11, dated 03.02.2023, by removing the computerized entries describing the lands as "blocked" and by unblocking Patta No.876 pertaining to Survey Nos.277/2 and 277/8 situated in Sirupinayur Madhura Thiruvandavar Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, in light of the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2025.
2. Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on 2/6
behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had purchased lands in S.Nos.277/2, 269/2 and 261/7 (Doc.No.8494/2006) and S.Nos.276/2, 276/4B and 277/8 (Doc.No.8940/2007) and has been in peaceful possession, cultivating the lands with all records and patta in his name. However, Patta No.876 for S.Nos.277/2 and 277/8 was suddenly blocked as "Encroachment is prohibited". Based on the petitioner's representation, the third respondent, after due enquiry, submitted a report vide Na.Ka.No.10/2023/A11 dated 03.02.2023 to the second respondent, confirming the petitioner's ownership and recommending removal of the said blocking entry. Despite the clear report, no action has been taken by the authorities, and the patta remains blocked. Therefore, the petitioner made a further representation dated 05.05.2025 before the first respondent, but no order was passed. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the report dated 03.02.2023, submitted by the third respondent, appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. The facts of the case is not in dispute. Based on the petitioner's representation, the third respondent has conducted enquiry in regard to blocking of Patta No.876 pertaining to Survey Nos.277/2 and 277/8, since the same was described as blocked with the remark "Encroachment is prohibited" in the computerized entries. Thereafter, the third respondent submitted the report before the second respondent suggesting to unblock the aforesaid survey Nos.277/2 and 277/8 in Patta No.876. However, so far, the second has not passed the order, inspite of the fact that the petitioner has made representation dated 05.05.2025 for the purpose of unblocking.

Such being the case, this Court directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders for unblocking the petitioner's land in patta No.876 pertaining to S.Nos.277/2 and 277/8, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, by taking into consider the report dated 03.02.2023 forwarded by the third respondent to the second respondent.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
