.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide evaluated answer scripts to students immediately on
application before revaluation application (b) Direct the Respondents to publish revaluation results with disclosure of actual marks obtained and not merely as Change / No. change. (c) Direct the Respondents to permit all students including those who have secured pass marks to apply for revaluation. (d) Direct the Respondents to frame and publish a transparent set o rules governing evaluation revaluation and disclosure of marks consistent with constitutional principles of fairness and natural justice.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This Public Interest Litigation is misconceived, inasmuch as the relief sought in this petition seeking direction for providing the details of answer sheets cannot be allowed at the instance of one who is not part of process of selection. It is for the person aggrieved to raise any such issue.
