ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.16366 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025, passed by this court, to appear before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Tirumangalam on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.16366 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
