In these cases, already Transpose Applications are filed, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 08.08.2022 followed by the Full Bench Judgment of this Court in K.Rajalingam Vs.

Suganthalakshmi1.

Hence, these transpose petitions are ordered.

2.Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision Case into that of a Criminal Appeal.

3.Since Mr. C. P. Palanisamy, Learned Counsel for the respondent is already on record, he undertakes to take notice, post the matter for final hearing on 10.11.2022.

4.It is seen that a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- was deposited at the time of granting suspension of sentence and the same will be considered at the time final disposal of this appeal.
