This petition has been filed to extend the time for four weeks to surrender before the Court in pursuance with the order dated 27.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15583 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19977 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 12.01.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
