This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter,on every alternate Monday at 10.30a.m.,before the trial Court till framing of the charges and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court in Crl.M.P.No.16604 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18577 of 2023 dated 16.10.2023.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, monthly once i.e., on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, relaxed.
