This Petitioner seeks for a direction to the learned Special Court for EC and NDPS Act, Salem to number the petitioner for return of vehicle seized under NDPS Act.

3. This Court is of the view that as far as the return of vehicle is concerned, only the Drug Disposal Committee has jurisdiction. Therefore, directing the Trial Court to number the petitioner will not serve any purpose.
