ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 4; Mr.D.Vasanth, learned counsel for respondent No.5; and,

Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for respondent No.6.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the cart track is being laid in the layout. The said cart track is meant for the villagers.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that though the said cart track forms part of the layout, the same is meant for all the villagers. The same is beyond the fenced portion of the layout.

4. As it is contended by the Assistant Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Villupuram that the said cart track which was in existence in Survey No.352 would still be available for all the villagers, the grievance of the petitioner is taken care of.

5. The writ petition, accordingly, is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
