This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17304 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e.,on 1st Tuesday of every month at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required.
