This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.4(b) imposed upon the petitioners that the petitioners 1 to 3 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required and the petitioners 4 to 6 shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders for interrogation.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1 to 3 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required and the petitioners 4 to 6 shall report before the respondent police weekly once on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
