This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23264 of 2023, by an order dated 10.10.2023, to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am., and 5.00 pm., till filing of the final report and thereafter appear everyday before the trial court till completion of the trial.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
