ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. The respondent is the husband. The petitioner and the respondent got married on 13.06.2019. A child was born on 27.05.2020 from the wedlock. Due to certain differences, they were separated.

2. The petitioner/wife, who is a permanent resident of Erode, has initiated M.C.No.60 of 2023 before the Family Court at Erode. The respondent/husband

has also initiated FCOP.No.48 of 2023 before the Family Court at Tiruppur.

3. Pleading her difficulty in travelling from Erode to Tiruppur along with her three year old child, the wife is before this Court seeking transfer of FCOP.No.48 of 2023 filed by the husband.

4. Taking into consideration the convenience of the wife, the proceeding in FCOP.No.48 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court at Tiruppur and is transferred to the file of the Family Court at Erode to be tried along with M.C.No.60 of 2023 pending on the file of the file of the Family court at Erode.

5. The presence of the husband need not be insisted upon by the court for every hearing. It is sufficient if he is present at every essential hearing. On all other non-essential or procedural hearings, he will be represented through a counsel.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs.
