ORDER

This application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank the petitioners as the appellants 2 to 5 in the above S.A. No.173 of 2015.

2. Heard both sides and there is no serious objection in ordering this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, and due to the death of the sole appellant, the proposed parties have to be impleaded as proper and necessary parties.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 08.12.2025.
