This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant while granting suspension of sentence in Crl.M.P.No.16654 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.805 of 2018 vide order dated 19.12.2018, to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the petitioner is suffering from heart ailments and has also been advised to undergo surgery, therefore, he has filed the present petition seeking to relax the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16654 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.805 of 2018 vide order dated 19.12.2018, is modified as follows :- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
