CMP.Nos. 4362, 4366 & 4367 of 2024 in CRP.No. 396 of 2023 --- R. SAKTHIVEL, J (i) CMP.No.4362 of 2024 is filed seeking to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner, namely, K.Satyavathi, on 03.07.2023. (ii) CMP.No.4366 of 2024 is filed seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner, namely, K.Satyavathi on 03.07.2023.

(iii) CMP.No. 4367 of 2024 is filed seeking to permit the petitioners to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner, K.Satyavathi.

2.Heard both side.

3.Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
