Crl.O.P.No.27946 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.27946 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(C), 506(i), 509 I.P.C r/w Section 34 of IPC and Sections 66-E, 67-A of Information Technology Act, 2000 in Crime No.2 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.
2.It is stated that the petitioner, who was residing at Australia had arrived at Trinvandrum International Airport, with intention to go over to Kanniyakumari to attend the funeral of her mother.
3. In view of that particular fact, anticipatory bail was sought. Without examining the merits the anticipatory bail application was granted by this Court, on 11.12.2023. It is now stated that the petitioner has surrendered before the respondent.
4. In view of that particular fact, the anticipatory bail application would not lie and the same stands dismissed.
