ORDER
This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the second respondent to file a final report in the FIR in Crime No.113 of 2019.
2. Heard both.
3. The status report filed by the second respondent shows some progress that has been made in the investigation.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submits that the investigation will be completed and a final report will be filed within a period of eight weeks. This is recorded.
5. Accordingly, the above criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.113 of 2019 within a period of eight weeks and proceed further in accordance with law.
