ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's mother and his brothers have been insisting the petitioner to assist them in their illegal activities for the sake of earning livelihood for their family and hence the petitioner is residing away from the family. But, with a view to harass the petitioner, the petitioner's brother Ibrahim gave https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a false complaint before the respondents 2 and 3 and based on the same, the respondents 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioner and his family members and his relatives.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that since the petitioner's brother Ibrahim has lodged a complaint stating that the petitioner is missing, the first respondent has registered the case in Crime No.504 of 2019 under the caption of " man missing". He further submitted that since F.I.R has been registered, the respondents have taken steps to secure the petitioner and apart from that the respondents have not harass the petitioner or his relatives.

4. Since the F.I.R has been registered as the petitioner is missing, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such appearance, the first respondent has to get statement and dispose of the F.I.R in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
