PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2023 within the time that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R1 to R3, being the Superintendenting Engineer, Executive Engineer and Assistant Engineer of Tiruppur Electricity Distribution Circle and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission. No notice is thought necessary to R4 at this juncture as its interests have been duly taken note of and protected by virtue of this order.

2. The petitioner prays for a mandamus simplicitor to R1 to R3 to consider her representation dated 02.12.2023. Mr.Jai Venkatesh, would accede to the receipt of representation dated 02.12.2023 and also has no objection to the issuance of mandamus directing disposal of the representation.

3. Hence, mandamus is issued to R3 issue notice to the petitioner and R4 as well as others who are deemed necessary for appropriate resolution of the prayer in the representation, hear them and pass orders on representation dated 2/4

02.12.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and all prevailing Rules and Regulations, within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
