These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in S.A. No.530 of 2023, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in S.A. No.530 of 2023 and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 herein, who are the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent, and rank them as further respondents in S.A. No.530 of 2023, respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
