This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.18215 of in Crl.O.P.No.22408 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear during the Court hearing dates without fail.
