Though the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents' bank to issue "No due certificate" for the full and final settlement in view of one-time settlement amount of Rs.2,62,133/- paid on 27.11.2023 towards the Vidyajothi Education Loan as per the terms and conditions of the on-time settlement arrived between the petitioner and the respondents' bank on 21.09.2023 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court, however, when the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the No Due Certificate has already been issued in favour of the petitioner. Hence, she submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
