Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2.The petitioners are accused in Crime No.223 of 2023, registered under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC, which are all bailable offences. In view of the same, application seeking anticipatory bail would not lie.
