ORDER

The petitioner herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 427, 452, 302, 120(B) of IPC in Crime No.779 of 2023, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25856 of 2025 on the following reasons: "Considering the facts that the trial has not yet commenced and witnesses were also threatened, bail cannot be granted at this stage, therefore this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and taking note of the fact that the present bail petition is filed without any change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier petition in Crl.O.P.No.25856 of 2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/4
