ORDER

The petitioner has come forward seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 forthwith to complete the drainage scheme from Velayutha Nagar, II Cross Street, Jayankondam Town Panchayat.

2. Today(23.08.2017), when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Santhanam, learned counsel representing Mr.J.Ayyappan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.21619 of 2017 is closed.
