The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.6(a) by order dated 18.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25424 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is still pending. 3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No. 6(a) in Crl.O.P.No.25424 of 2024 by order dated 18.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
