ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents brings to the notice of this Court the order dated 05.12.2025 issued by the Deputy Commissioner (Excise), which shows that the licence has been revoked. The order of the Deputy Commissioner (Excise), dated 05.12.2025, is taken on record.

3. In view of the subsequent development, the grievance, as ventilated through this petition, no longer survives.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.40523 and 50701 of 2025 are closed. W.M.P.No.40522 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed on payment of separate court fee within a period of two weeks.
