The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to renew the passport of the petitioner in Passport No.H9084651. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the passport was renewed in favour of the petitioner and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed.
