This petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time for furnishing surety in Crl.O.P.No.21046 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from today. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stands automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioners.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
