The present petition has been filed seeking to relax one of the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m until further orders by order dated 13.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13714 of 2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is taken on file before the learned Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO ACT cases, Chennai and posted for hearing on 03.12.2024.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13714 of 2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judge, Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO ACT cases, Chennai on the next hearing date and thereafter, on the dates as fixed by the trial Court.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
