2.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the connected matter, this Court, vide order dated 15.12.2023, in Crl.MP.No.19467/2023 in Crl.OP.No.28042/2023 has granted order of interim stay and prayed for same order.

3.Taking note of the fact that this Court, in similar case, had granted interim stay, there shall be an order of interim stay in the present case also.

4.Post after four weeks for filing counter.
