ORDER

This application is filed by the father seeking unsupervised interim custody of the minor boy from 03.00 p.m., to 07.00 p..m., being the 4th birthday of the minor boy by name Ashwath Sembium Vivek on 18.12.2024.

2. Earlier this Court by consent has passed the order of visitation on specific time and date which has been substantially complied and this application has taken out by the father to celebrate the birthday of his son without any supervision.

3. This Court is of the view that in the interest of the minor boy, if his birthday is celebrated jointly by his parents will be the most happiest person, instead of dividing his precious time between the father and the mother. Therefore, this application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner and the respondent will exclusively celebrate jointly the birthday of their son Ashwath Sembium Vivek on 18.12.2024. The entire day subject to his attendance to the school and if possible the mother may seek leave of absence of the minor boy on that day in the school and celebrate the birth day whole day. 11-12-2024 Vv To
