A.No.6292 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd defendant.

A.No.6293 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased third defendant Mrs.R.Valli as defendant Nos.12 to 15 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in these affidavits filed in support of these applications and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, these applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs are directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint.

5. Post the main suit on 10.12.2024.
