This petition has been filed to direct the Registry to return the original impugned complaint in CC.filing No.1570/2025 on the file of Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that original complaint in C.C.filing No.1570 of 2025, which was filed along with Crl.OP.No.19456/2025, is required to be represented before the Magistrate Court for further proceedings of the case.

3. In view of the above submission, the Registry is directed to return the original complaint in C.C.filing No.1570 of 2025 to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
