ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 05.06.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.12999 of 2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 18.02.2025, before this Court, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
