C.M.P.No.27361 of 2019 in CRP SR No.73116 of 2019 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 182 days in payment deficit of court-fees civil revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition and the other facts and circumstances this court is inclined to condone the delay in payment of deficit of court fees.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay in payment of deficit of court fees is condoned.
