This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Gobichettipalayam to dispose of the case in S.C.No.34 of 2024, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.253 of 2023, the second respondent-Police filed the charge-sheet on 10.04.2024 before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Gobichettipalayam and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.34 of 2024. He further submitted that totally there are three accused, of which, A1 and A3 are in judicial custody and A2 was already released on bail. Further, the case was posted for appearance of accused persons on 09.12.2024.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no necessity to issue any direction to the trial Court to 2/4
