(Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.Jayachandran,J.) In continuation to our order, dated 25.09.2025, regarding the death of K.K.Kandasamy, who was the partner in four financial institutions, which are appellants/respondents in three appeals and two revision petitions, the appellants in A.S.No.564 of 2008 and A.S.No.54 of 2011 have taken out these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions to substitute the name of the deceased partner with the present partner.

2. On perusal of the petitions and the affidavits filed along with the petitions, this Court finds that on the death of K.K.Kandasamy, all the four financial institutions, which are appellants/respondents in the litigation, are being now represented by the present partners.

3. Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are, therefore, allowed.

4. In view of the induction of new partners, necessary amendment is required.

5. Petitioners are directed to carry out amendment and file clean copies.

6. Counsel for appellants in A.S.No.376 of 2008 reports that he has filed a similar petition and the same is pending with the Registry.

7. Post the matter on 23.10.2025.
