2. I have heard the learned counsel on either side and I have gone through the materials placed on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous criminal petition stands ordered and the order dated 10.09.2025 made in W.P.(Crl).No.797 of 2025 is recalled and the main case in W.P.(Crl).No.797 of 2025 is restored back to file.
